Membership Service Agreement

This Membership Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sonja Drakulich / Voice and Somatic Therapeutics (“Provider”) and the undersigned member (“Member”), effective upon completion of checkout and enrollment in the membership portal (“Membership”).

By completing checkout, Member agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Access and Use of Membership

  • Membership provides access to online sessions, recordings, course materials, resources, and community spaces hosted by Voice and Somatic Therapeutics.
  • Membership content is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, copied, or otherwise made available to non-members.

2. Intellectual Property and Teaching Restrictions

  • All materials, including but not limited to written content, videos, audio recordings, exercises, and practices, are the intellectual property of Sonja Drakulich / Voice and Somatic Therapeutics.
  • Member agrees not to teach, reproduce, adapt, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Sonja Drakulich.

3. Membership Term and Payments

  • Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
  • Payments are billed automatically according to the plan selected at checkout.
  • Refunds are not available, as full access to course materials is granted immediately upon enrollment.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • After the 3-month minimum period, Member may cancel at any time via the membership portal.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and Member will retain access until that date.

5. Community Guidelines

  • Members agree to engage with the community respectfully, honoring the confidentiality and privacy of others.
  • Any inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the membership without refund.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

  • The Membership is educational and experiential in nature and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
  • Member understands and accepts full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being while engaging with the materials.
  • Provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Membership.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Acknowledgment

By completing checkout and joining the Membership, Member confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
